So, yesterday was another interesting day in Guam. As Lee would say we went on a big adventure. One of the guys I grew up with actually lives here and he took us around the whole South side of the island. It was beautiful. There are chickens and roosters running around everywhere like crazy here, they are almost in every yard. Some roosters were in cages by themselves and Nathan said that people raise them to fight which I think is horrible. I think it is horrible to make any animal fight against one another. There are also a lot of water buffalo here, they used to be used to work in the fields but not anymore they just hang out. The first picture is one we saw and I felt sorry for it because it was tied to a tree with only about 3 feet of rope. When we got out of the car it started making all kinds of noises, I felt like it was crying for help. It also had a humongous gold ring in his nose, I can't imagine how it hurts. It was nice to get out and about for a change. We got to see the exact spot Magellan landed which was pretty neat. We ate dinner on the strip at Planet Hollywood. The strip is amazing especially at night when it is all lit up. It is loaded with all of the expensive name brand shops and also has a hard rock cafe. Who knew Guam would have all of this? I had an amazing massage the other night here at the hotel. It was 75 minutes long. I really enjoyed it but still have a horrible headache from it. I guess I had a lot of knots that needed to be released. I tried to convince Harley that since it was kind of painful up in my shoulders that I should probably get them on a weekly basis. Yeah right, that will never happen. I don't have near enough stress in my life to justify that. We have 2 full days left at this woderful hotel and then we finally get to move into our house!! I am stoked!! I am so excited to clean again! I haven't had a house to clean in over two months. I like to clean anyways. If you know Harley and I we are a little OCD about keeping our house clean and keeping everything in it's place. I want to be a little better about it and let things be out of order and it not bother me as bad, that is a little goal I have set for me. Well, time to get ready for a delicous breakfast and then hit the pool. I am sure I will take plenty more pics today.

More Pictures
Here are some more pictures I took this morning on our walk. I could write all day about the views here but as you can see for yourself everything is just breathtaking. I could also talk about the breakfast bar all day. It is absolutely huge. They have everything, donuts, french toast that is amazing, fried rice, fresh fruit, salads, sandwiches, fish, muffins. Let me tell you that you won't leave this breakfast bar hungry. We haven't even been eating lunch because we are so full from breakfast. We have a few more days here at the hotel and move into our house on Tuesday. I am so excited!!! Well, we are getting ready to go down to the water park now, such a rough stay so far LOL!! We couldn't have picked a better location to come to and for three years. Paradise!

A few pictures of Guam
Here are some of the few pictures I have taken here on Guam. I am sure I will take a whole lot more. We haven't gotten to see a whole lot yet. These are just some pictures of the views we see at out hotel. Pretty awesome right? Harley and Lee go on a walk every morning, the first day they saw a family of lizards and yesterday they saw a lot of frogs. It is beautiful here, I can't describe it, the pictures don't even give all the justice needed.

It's official, we are in Guam!
Well after 24 hours of travel time we made it to Guam on Tuesday night at 8:30. Don't forget now that we are 14 hours ahead of the states, which is very hard to get used to. My poor boys are having such a difficult time. I am blogging right now and it is 4:00 in the morning and both of my boys are wide awake, I mean extremely awake!! Lee is bossing me around and Easton is yelling and rolling aroud. I managed to get about 3 hours of sleep. We do take a pretty good 2 hour nap in the afternoon which keeps me going. Okay, about the island, it is absolutely beautiful!!! There are exotic trees with flowers on them everywhere. Yes, the weather is hot but managable. I got used to Virginia so I think I can get used to this. This next part is just for you Jenn, no there are no mosquito nets in the beds and I haven't seen a single snake, we have seen little lizards running around everywhere but they are afraid of us. they run around in little families of three or four. We got a house to live in on base and I am very excited about it. I have been living out of a suitcase for two months now. We move in on Tuesday and all of our household goods are here and waiting to come to our house so I can put everything in it's perfect little spot. I love to decorate, for those of you who know me you know that too, and I will reaarange everything until I think it looks perfect. Our house has all tile floor, and let me tell you we have 2 yes I said 2 bathrooms!!! One is in the master bedroom and I am super excited about it. I have lived with only one bathroom for the last three years and it was not fun. The water out here is crystal clear blue and the sunset is even more gorgeous than I ever thought it could be. I think we are going to love it here. The hotel we are staying at now has a water park!! Yep, even a little water park for Lee to play at where I can just sit with Easton and watch him play. Another thing I am really stoked about is that someone from the exact little town I grew up in lives here!! We are going out to eat with him this weekend and he is going to show us around some more. For all of you wondering how to get ahold of us, we are going to get a landline tomorrow for the house that we can call the states for a flat rate. I will have a cell phone but will only be for local calls. You can always email me too. I want to keep in touch with all of you. I will post pictures as soon as I can. I have gotten some really good ones. You should see the view outside our hotel window, it is amazing and has a balcony. Lee was sitting on the balcony yesterday morning saying hi to everyone walking by. Of course he will make friends quickly, he always does. This is crazy that I am sitting here blogging in the middle of the night and all of my friends and family are going about their day on a Thursday, which I am working on it being Friday right now. Well, that is all for now, I miss everyone. If you really need to talk to me you can call my cell that I have always had it just cost me a lot more.

Ragle Family Pictures 2009
Here are the family pictures we had taken this year at Portrait Innovations in Champaign. I am really pleased with how they turned out. Well, except for the really big group pictures Easton was crying and wouldn't stop so we have the most important picture with him crying. We got the pictures taken and got to take the pictures home all in the same evening. Let me know if you want any, we have plenty to hand out.
