I get welcomed to IL by a root canal........

So, I have had a toothache for about a month and went to my dentist in VA two weeks ago and he told me I needed a root canal. Of course I held off because we were moving and just didn't have the time to do it and I thought I needed a second opinion. I called a dentist yesterday, the only one around here that takes our insurance, and got in yesterday and yes I needed the root canal. Low and behold they had an opening for today at 8 a.m. If any of you know me well, you know that one of my biggest fears is going to the dentist, so after my appointment I dreaded today all day yesterday and didn't get any sleep last night. I have had a root canal before and it was only two hours. My root canal today was four hours!! I was freaking out! She gave me valume but it didn't work, it was the longest four hours of my life. Having your mouth wide open for four hours at a time is terrible, it got to the point where I thought my mouth was going to just lock in place and not shut. Also the whole time I have this big purple rubber damn they call it over my mouth that made me feel trapped and made me feel like I was drowning because I was drooling so much. Anyways...what an awful way to come home, but at least I won't have the pain now. Hopefully no more root canals in my future, I am definately going to start flossing. I am going to rest now, I have a terrible headache. I promise my next blog will be something positive. The boys are doing wonderful out here, Lee loves going to my mom's kindergarten class. Easton is the happiest baby in the world and very easy going. He has been sleeping through the night for at least two months now. Lee was the opposite, he still wakes up a lot in the middle of the night. Harley, if you are reading this, I miss you and we can't wait for you to come home to us.
