This stop was at another WWII site. When the marines invaded Guam in 1944 to retake it from the Japanese they landed at two spots. Our earlier hike was at Asan Beach today we were at Agat Beach. This photo is of a Japanese pillbox where a small cannon would have been to attack the landing marines.
