Oh....mama wasp is MAD!!

So, Lee comes to me last week and said there was an ant hill in his bike helmet. I automatically thought uh oh!! I went outside and it there is a HUGE wasp nest in his helmet. We left it there for a few days and I don't know why, but about two days ago Harley finally threw the helmet in the trash can. Now, anytime anyone walks outside mama wasp follows them. She is so mad!! I took the trash out this morning and it was like she was waiting for me. I am even scared to open the trash can lid outside. She comes flying around me and I put the bag in the can and run as fast as I can back into the house hoping she doesn't come into the house. Thankfully she did not. If I were her I would be mad too, but weighing out goods and bads on keeping the helmet for some wasps to live I think we did the right thing. I hope she finds somewhere else to go very soon.
